We are seeking to hire an Early Childhood Educator ll or Ill for the position of Executive Director/Head Teacher.

Qualifications:
- ECE Il or ill within the province of Manitoba
- Able to provide a clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry
- Certified in First Aid and CPR or willing to complete and renew as required
- Strong motivation and ability to work with others
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for ages 3-4 children
- Plan and implement age appropriate activities to foster children's development
- Monitor children's behavior and ensure their safety at all times
- Implement Boissevain Nursery School's policies and procedures
- Foster positive social interactions and promote good behavior
- Communicate well with co-workers and parents
