Due to the retirement of the incumbent, Hockey Regina Inc. (HRI) invites applications for the position of Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is an integral part of the leadership at HRI and works to ensure that the strategic vision of the Board for HRI is achieved. The Executive Director has leadership responsibility for all administrative functions at HRI.

The Executive Director’s office will be at the HRI office at 1700 Elphinstone Street Regina, Saskatchewan.
Starting date for this exciting position will be July 15, 2024 or a later date mutually determined with the successful candidate.

Applicants with the following qualifications will receive careful consideration:

  • Strong business acumen with work history and experience in business administration. A related degree and/or CPA accreditation is considered an asset;
  • Positive belief about the opportunity for success of all athletes, officials and volunteers;
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; d emonstrated skills to work as a team member and team leader;
  • Innovative leadership experience with a proven record of continuous improvement;
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational and budgeting skills, and;
  • A love of hockey.

Compensation in the range of $85,000 to $110,000 annually will be commensurate with work history and accreditation. HRI offers a competitive benefits and vacation package.
