Our client a global leader in food services operations is seeking the talents of an excellent Executive Chef who will possess large volume experience for their entertainment venue in Western Canada. EXECUTIVE CHEF – WESTERN CANADA
The Executive Chef will develop, manage and oversee the successful catering operations, and culinary program, providing leadership and culinary expertise, ensuring optimal quality of food and service. Red Seal Certification preferred.
They are looking for a dynamic, well-trained and experienced chef with proven culinary, team-building, and solid communication skills. The successful candidate will have no less than 5 years of culinary management experience in a quality, high-volume event establishment in excess of $10mm and that has been recognized for its great food and impeccable service to its patrons.
This position offers an outstanding starting salary of up to $115,000 /annually plus bonuses, an exceptional benefit/pension package.
