We’re seeking a food passionate, creative, positive person who is knowledgeable in sourcing locally and sustainably. This is a working chef position that requires 40-50 hours/week working all aspects of kitchen/catering functions. Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following: Minimum 5 years on-prem / off-prem catering leadership (Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Chef, etc.) Formal training in a culinary school a tremendous plus! Proficient demonstrable cooking skills and developing menu items. Must know and be passionate about food, beer, wine and cocktails…. outstanding palate a must! Experience in product ordering and team member scheduling. Passion for developing and mentoring a team. Track record of achieving financial results.
