We currently have an opportunity for an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/PERSONAL ASSISTANT to support our client's day to day administration matters.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and resourceful individual to join the team of a high-profile athlete as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant (EA/PA). This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and has a keen interest in both the business and personal aspects of an athlete's life.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point person for all matters, providing seamless support across personal and professional spheres, ensuring that the day-to-day operations are running smoothly.
  • Assist with business needs, work closely with the business management team to drive projects forward and ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as a proxy for certain business meetings and Zoom calls when required, effectively conveying information and decisions.
  • Occasionally travel to join the athlete in different locations. The frequency of these trips might increase over time, and flexibility in this regard is essential.
  • Handle daily personal tasks, which may vary widely from day to day. This could include managing visa applications, sourcing rentals, arranging airport pickups, and booking flights, amongst other things.
  • Source and manage relationships with third-party service providers as necessary, ensuring quality services are rendered in a timely manner.
  • Be available on a full-time basis, ready to provide support at any time of the day or week when necessary. Sensitivity to time zones, working hours, and an understanding of the work-life balance is crucial.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a high-profile or fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
