We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physician to join our brand-new Medical Clinic located in of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Surrey, BC.A great opportunity exists for a GP / Family Medicine Specialistto join theteam due to an ever growing demand for GP`s in the area.Further details about the job and practice:Patient numbers around 200/Week per doctor (mostly walk-ins as panel is growing)Current GP in the practice is expanding her panel from 300 patients to 1500, havingreceived 300+ new patient applications in 2 weeksAny GP joining this practice will hit the ground runningwith plenty of patients to see due to a huge demandVaried patient demographics.The neighbourhood is very diverse with individuals from a variety of ethnic backgrounds as well as age groups. Lots of young families and seniors reside in the area and there is lots of demand forfamily physicians.6 Consulting rooms at the practiceModern, newly built building (2022). Residences above and the clinic is on the ground floor. Air-conditioned, spacious, and bright with plenty of natural light.The clinic is located in the heart of a dense, residential community. 3 schools nearby, community centre, shopping malls and public transit.Pharmacy & Physiotherapy on site, lab located close by, on-site dip testWorking hours currently 8AM to 4PM - subject to change based on new doctors schedule.No on call required, but can be arranged if there is interest and mutually agreed uponBenefits:Doctors will keep 80% of all billings to patients,meaning high earning potentialSome relocation assistance may also be provided if agreed uponFull support from ownership group, opportunity to create yourown schedule, 1:1 MOA ratio, billing support, webex provided to allow for seamless work-from-home/telehealth services.Full orientation to the clinic as well the community/neighbourhood.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply online and attach an up to date copy of your CV for consideration.
