As our Event Coordinating Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our events, from initial inquiry to execution. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, coordinate with our culinary and service teams, and ensure every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating extraordinary experiences for our guests.ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, conducting site tours, and managing communications.Event Planning: Plan and coordinate all event details, including menus, decor, entertainment, and logistics.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products.Budget Management: Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary, service, and management teams to ensure seamless event execution.Onsight Management: Oversee events on the day of, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues promptly.Post Event Follow Up: Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client feedback to continuously improve our services.RequirementsProven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office, Excel etc…Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.A passion for creating memorable experiences and a keen eye for detail.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.How to ApplyIf you are a creative, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for events and hospitality, we would love to hear from you!
