If you see yourself as someone who never stops learning, who believes no problem is too big to solve, and who wants to unleash their potential, an Associate role is for you.Have graduated no earlier than 2022, and will be graduating no later than 2024Have an Associates Degree, College Diploma, Bachelors Degree, or Masters Degree by date of employmentException: This program does not accept MBA or PhD candidates/graduatesLess than 2 years of full-time professional related work experienceBe eligible to work in Canada without current or future needs for visa sponsorshipBe willing and able to live and work in Nova Scotia, with minimal travel anticipatedSoftware Testers work closely with our development teams on to ensure the functionality of whats been created and to ensure it aligns with the client specifications, they may also be connecting with the client to ensure functional specifications are being implemented through technical requirements.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseYou have the ability to work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code and test innovative applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customersYou are great at solving problems, debugging, troubleshooting, designing and implementing solutions to complex technical issuesYou have experience coding and using databasesExposure to performance, or automation tools like SeleniumAny prior experience in software testing is preferredYou have an excellent understanding of the software development life cycle and software testingPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseMust be eligible for clearance and have lived in Canada for 5 - 10 years.Any testing certification would be a nice to have.About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBMs consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
