About the role: Retalon, a trailblazer in AI-driven retail analytics, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager to oversee our large retail brand accounts. This pivotal role entails nurturing high-value enterprise relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling, and acting as a dedicated advocate for client needs within our organization. Your goal is to masterfully balance client satisfaction and revenue growth, making you a key player in our ongoing success. Responsibilities: Account Management:Lead the management of multiple enterprise accounts, focusing on maintaining and increasing account revenue. Client Advocacy:Champion client needs internally, ensuring prompt prioritization and resolution of critical issues. Problem Solving and Anticipation:Proactively address and foresee client needs, ensuring effective delivery by the implementation team. Sales Opportunity Generation:Conduct ongoing discovery to identify high-value problem areas, creating pitches, running demos, and drafting proposals for ascension sales. Account Strategy Oversight:Define and steer the strategic direction for each account, maintaining responsibility for delivery team performance and client satisfaction. Success Metrics: Account MRR and new revenue generation. Pipeline value from ascension sales opportunities. NPS/CSAT scores, response speed, and ticket resolution rate. Key Activities: Weekly client calls and onboarding sessions. Relationship management and stakeholder alignment, especially with executives. Development and execution of quarterly client strategies. Proposal drafting and business requirement updates. Ticket response and prioritization, coordinating with internal resources. Detailed CRM note-keeping on each account and opportunity. Qualifications: You’re a fit for this role if you: A people-oriented, effective communicator and active listener. Skilled in maintaining positive client relationships, even when saying ‘no’. Curious, quick to learn, and adept at understanding complex organizational dynamics. Experienced in managing or selling to large enterprise accounts, with a solid track record of meeting quotas and targets. Compensation: Total on-target earnings:$101,000 – $116,000 CAD Bonus:Up to $8,500 per year, contingent on account and company performance. Sales Commission:Uncapped, with on-target commission of $22,500.
