We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and CNC programming, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality. As an Engineering Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and production of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Create detailed technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Creo.

·       Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for various projects.

·       Program CNC machines to ensure precise manufacturing of components.

·       Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize product designs and manufacturing processes.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to design and production.

·       Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality requirements.

·       Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

·       Relevant certification or degree in Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

·       Experience in the office furniture manufacturing industry.

·       Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

·       Proven experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (Creo).

·       Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.

·       Experience in creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       Experience in working with kitchens is an asset.
