Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Consult with businesses, farms, schools, municipal governments, tribes, and churches about energy opportunities.
-Contact leads and provide information to clients as needed
-Perform site assessments to determine energy savings opportunities
-Advise on funding and grant opportunities for businesses and organization
-Perform community outreach; identify potential customers, and engage
-Write, review, and/or coordinate grant applications
-Craft and organize PowerPoint presentations
-Work cohesively and exclusively with the BES Energy Team
-Complete energy assessments and GhG Emissions reduction reports

Required Qualifications:
-College-level or Masters-level Degree. Communications or environmental studies
-Demonstrate the ability to motivate and engage our professional stakeholders and community members
-Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
-Excellent English speaking and English report writing skills
-Experience in policy writing
-Work well independently and with a team, including with key partners
-Be highly organized and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
-Demonstrate experience with social media and digital marketing.
