We’re working with a leading Canadian specialist employment law firm, currently looking for a senior practitioner (preferably employee-side) to lead their office in Vancouver. This is a unique opportunity to build your own legal team and shape the direction of the Vancouver office. You will be the lead for the firm’s BC lawyers, overseeing file and client management, as well as handling professional matters.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, an aptitude for building strong client relationships and enjoy working collegially with others on the team – both locally and on a national basis. A portable book of business is not necessary as our client has a busy practice that continues to grow in scope. This is a fulfilling role that goes beyond traditional legal boundaries.
