Job Description

Responsible and accountable for developing and delivering on key employer partnerships at the Service System Manager (SSM) level, as the sole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs. You will work closely with our Service Providers, including Job Developers, to maximize service delivery and ensure employment outcomes for our job seekers.Demonstrate full ownership of key employer partnerships through building and maintaining of relationshipsSole point of contact for all employer recruitment needs, providing high-quality and tailored services including sourcing and vetting candidates within our Service Provider networkManage the co-ordination of a response to employers requirements following identification and qualification of employer needsMaximize opportunities through generation of referrals and jobseeker submissionsWork closely with internal stakeholders and Service Providers to optimize service delivery, including accurate use of internal system and including accurate recording of dataProactively seek ways to build on existing relationships and to create new opportunitiesManage relationships and drive new business opportunities for Fedcap via multi-media channelsDevelop an understanding of the local employability market including growth sectors and share knowledge and best practices with both internal and external stakeholdersDeliver performance against agreed KPIs, Service Agreements and success factorsOrganize and lead on Recruitment events, including Employer Routeways, Assessment Centres and ad-hoc eventsIdentify opportunities of potential employer partnershipsAttend employer events and networking opportunities as a Fedcap representative.EducationandExperience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification or experienceExperience in Employment Services is desirable5+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Sales background.Knowledge,SkillsandAbilities:Ability to embrace our company values which areExcellence, Service, Accountability & Action!Experience of business development, account management, sales and meeting targetsExperience of working in a customer focused and service delivery environmentKnowledge of the local, regional, and national labour marketUnderstanding of employer’s needs, experience of training needs analysis (TNA’s) and organizational needs analysis (ONA’s), translating these in to fit-for-purpose programmes and services.PhysicalDemands:Thephysicaldemandsdescribedherearerepresentativeofthosethatmust bemetbyanemployeeto successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
