Raffle Nexus is a software company that facilitates raffles for charitable gaming fundraisers. Our purpose is to assist non-profit and charitable organizations to make a positive impact on their chosen cause.An Email Marketing Specialist is tasked with sending out weekly email marketing for Raffle Nexus clients. The content for these emails will be a collaboration with the CEO and the client. This role will be responsible for formatting, design, and accuracy. The successful candidate will possess the skills and experience to create monthly newsletters and marketing campaigns to be sent to Raffle Nexus contacts in order to build upon sales, brand awareness, and communications. This role will report directly to the CEO.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years Email Marketing experienceMinimum 1 year working with MailchimpMust have attention to detail and proven experience with checking spelling and grammarInterest in working with non-profit organizationsExperience working with a remote team.English writing and speaking.Assets:Experience with responsive email designBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or visual communication.Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.Javascript/JQuery experience.Basic MySQL knowledge.Job Responsibilities:Creation of email campaigns incorporating copywriting and graphicsCreating content that engages the Raffle Nexus audienceCreating email campaigns through both Mailchimp and MailJetCollaborate with CEO on email marketing strategiesManage email marketing calendar and ensure timely deliveryCollaborate with other Raffle Nexus departments on content and appearance (graphic design, social media, customer service, etc.)Review content and check for grammar and spellingFormattingEnsure accuracy with email lists and administer ongoing updatesExperience and knowledge of email analyticsGenerate regular reporting of analyticsCommunicate with management on a regular and consistent basis, keeping them apprised of current and future projectsUtilize the company's communication and productivity tools such as Wryke, Slack, and Notion to stay connected with the team and company updatesSkills and Attributes:Attention to DetailTimelinessGrammar and spellingTime management- ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, handle time sensitive tasksCommunication- ability to clearly convey ideas and understand assignments.Ability to take directionCollaborationInterpersonal skillsProblem-solving skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $62,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
