The Opportunity

We are currently seeking aElectrical Supervisorto join ourGlencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations in Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

The position will be based in our Sudbury Operations

This is a Permanent position.

Duties and Accountabilities:

Installs, repairs, maintains, and troubleshoots all electrical equipment or components of all voltages at the assigned locations, on any shift schedule.

About You

Reporting to the Maintenance General Foreman, the Electrical Supervisor ensures that safe, cost-effective electrical, instrumentation and communication system maintenance is executed.

Your personal commitment to health, safety, training, and continuous improvement will be the key to your success in this role.

Education

This position requires the completion of related trades (Licensed Electrician) and a minimum of 3 -5 years of electrical or instrumentation maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in electrical engineering or related field would be considered an asset.

Skills

The incumbent must possess excellent leadership abilities and communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage a variety of functions simultaneously.
