The Job Electrical Engineer: working alongside company leadership, your job will be to perform complete electrical engineering services for your projects. This includes providing project management, and mentoring staff that are working with you. Perform assessments, design services, and construction supervision of projects. There will be some administrative tasks required, which may include things like helping to establish standards, participating in training or business development activities. There will be periodic travel to job sites. These are generally in-town, or out of town overnight trips. Ideal applicants must be fit and capable of working on/around construction sites. Applicants who cannot meet these physical requirements are still encouraged to apply. A bit about you Detail oriented Willing and motivated to learn Strong verbal and written communication, report writing skills Good personality and mindset Organized Determined to work towards a better company Able to triage projects, manage deadlines and deliverables Able to write proposals, define scope and fee for projects Proficient in AutoCAD Knowledge and application of standards: Canadian Electrical Code National/BC Building Code ULC Standards National Fire Code Professional Engineer registrant, with a Canadian Engineering Association. Eligible for registration in Yukon, BC, Northwest Territories/Nunavut 5-10 years experience as a professional engineer, working in a design and construction administration capacity Drivers licence Positive work environment Competitive benefits Ongoing training and development Relocation package Salary Range: 95k - 120k (Dependent on Skills & Experience)#J-18808-Ljbffr
