MISSION
• Create quality visual content, well thought, specially designed and intended mainly for the web and marketplaces.
DESCRIPTION
• Create graphics and layouts for our company, product brands and services that are going to be displayed on marketplaces, websites, social medias, newsletters, digital campaigns, etc.
• Carry out thoughtful graphics that push content to a higher level and respect strategic alignment.
• Contribute to the team marketing efforts by participating in the departments various projects (ideation sessions, preparing and bringing relevant ideas into brainstorming sessions, competitive intelligence, benchmarking to guide visual design, etc.).
• Rely on best practices and optimize our ways of doing things throughout design projects in terms of images, photos, colorimetry, graphics development, etc.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and are of high quality.
• Be sensible to adapt the efforts to be deployed according to the potential benefits.
• Manage multiple projects while respecting design specifications and budgetary realities.
• Accept, understand and quickly implement changes following comments received.
• Be able to offer constructive criticism to colleagues.
• Stay up to date with marketing and graphic design trends and best practices.
• Coordinate projects with our various partners and suppliers.
• Ensure the consistency and uniformity of our graphic charter across different media.
• Be a reference/coach for beginner and intermediate designers.

• Degree in Graphic Design.
• Provide a portfolio of completed real projects.
• Experience in designing visuals for marketplaces (ebay, amazon, etc.).
• Expérience in artistic direction (an asset).
• Adobe suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, PremierePro, Acrobat, Media encoder and bridge.
• Strong knowledge of graphic fundamentals, typography, etc.
• Knowledge of the marketing/sales field (an asset).
• Creativity.
• Attention to detail.
• Organized and at ease with priorities management.
• Office Suite.
• Bilingualism (French-English) required due to the need to communicate in writing and orally with unilingual English-speaking and/or French-speaking colleagues.
