Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dynamics 365 CE Consultant/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The candidate should also have strong skills in JavaScript, and C# to develop and customize solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting and Analysis:
- Communicate with team, clients and management.
- Provide expert advice on Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and best practices.
- Design and implement solutions that align with client objectives and enhance their business processes.
Development and Customization:
- Write and maintain code in C# (Plugins/Workflow Assemblies) and JavaScript (Web Resources) to create seamless and user-friendly applications.
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications using out-of-the-box features as well as custom code.
Testing and Deployment:
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage the deployment of solutions and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-deployment.
Documentation and Training:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions and customizations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and other stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and features.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, data model, and security model.
- Strong grasp of development concepts such as server-side vs client-side functionality, synchronous vs asynchronous, OOB vs customizations.
- Knowledge of ancillary Power Platform tools such as Dataverse Web APIs, XRMToolbox, Data Migration Utility, and PAC CLI.
Other Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform.
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
Additional Skills/Experience considered an asset:
- Having at least one year of experience with Power Pages (Power Portals), including the creation/maintenance of HTML/CSS/JavaScript libraries.
- Experience with Canvas Apps and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
- Experience with Azure and/or Power BI services.
- Possession of Integration and Data Management experience:
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and data sources using various integration tools and techniques.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems through effective data management practices.
