Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Configuration Specialist to assist in configuring and optimizing Finance and Supply Chain modules, with a particular focus on Field Services (Work Orders). This role involves reviewing and improving current setup, ensuring it aligns with out-of-the-box capabilities, and minimizing manual interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the current configuration of Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance and Supply Chain modules).
- Configure the Field Services module to streamline the process from sales order to invoice.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities to reduce manual interventions.
- Collaborate with our process design team to ensure best practices and out-of-the-box functionality.
- Provide guidance and support on Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any configuration issues related to the modules in use.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, and Field Services modules.
- Strong understanding of configuration and optimization best practices for Dynamics 365.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and processes and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience with sales order to invoice processes within Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
