Job Description

HIRING a maintenance technician/electrician in MISSISSAUGA!

Are you an experienced industrial mechanic + electrician looking to take a next step in your career? Do you have strong troubleshooting skills for machinery both electrically + mechanically? Do you want to work for a fast growing company that manufactures desserts for retailers across North America? Do you have at least one of the following licenses 433a/442a/309a? If so, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time permanent position - day shift 7am-3pm MON-FRI *must have flexibility to work some afternoons/weekends during peak periods!

Responsibilities

Conduct routine preventative + predictive maintenance on all machinery utilized in the facility.

Troubleshoot, diagnose + repair mechanical/electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including performed tasks, parts replaced, and repairs conducted.

Collaborate with director of operations + production manager to optimize equipment performance + reliability.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in the food or bakery industry.

Strong troubleshooting + maintenance skills both electrically + mechanically.

Strong communication skills.

MUST HAVE at least one of the following licenses - 433a/442a/309a.
