Assist the drywall installer to study blueprints and diagrams to determine the method of installation and tool requirements. Schedule work activities and implement procedures to make necessary adjustments. Estimate materials and equipment required for site work based on initial plan and communicate it to other workers. Recruit, hire & provide required training to the workers, and ensure that the safety procedures are followed. Writing up reports, budgets, project plans, and presenting them to relevant stakeholders. Resolve work-related issues and take necessary actions to improve the productivity of the company. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
