Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) that are accountable for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. You will drive sales volume, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coach/develop your team. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with: 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management. Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals. Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record. Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays. English; additional languages an advantage.
