Responsibilities include Build a network of sales resources around the assigned Strategic Customers Create a portfolio of contracting and management tools to support Strategic Account Management and contracting activities and goals Build strategic relationships with customer contacts and communicating with operations to ensure customer expectations are met Manage Strategic Customer Business Plans and report development to US VP Sales/Executive Leadership Manage key account relationships at senior executive level (C-suite or senior decision maker), across Strategic Accounts Responsible for overall account profitability, including leading deal modeling and approval processes, developing and executing account profitability strategies across the enterprise Determine overall direction for strategic accounts, understand the competitive landscape, market insights, and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders Expand relationships and build customer insights in order to identify new sales opportunities Life at Umano Medical Enjoy a dynamic work in which fun, trust and teamwork are a priority. Requirements A minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and managing sales accounts A minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales management experience with proven national scope of experience and responsibility A minimum of 5 years of experience with a healthcare capital equipment manufacturer, distributor or directly related experience Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) required. Experienced with MS Office suite and CRM required Must be able to conduct business with extensive travel Desired Soft Skills and Personality Traits: Ability to relate to a high diversity of people and levels of responsibility from entry-level to C-suite Relevant experience in building a strategic key account program Ability to lead multi-disciplined sales team through a defined selling process with multi-level, high-value, complex accounts Strategic thinking with excellent follow through of tactics People-first attitude with a preference for team collaboration Must be able to be introspective and develop trust and rapport with all colleagues and customers Join a committed and dynamic team within a rapidly growing company.
