ONLY SEYCHELLOIS CANDIDATES CAN APPLY FOR THIS POST An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced candidate proficient in human resource management, organisational development, and value/culture management to assume the role of Director of People & Culture at Cable & Wireless (Seychelles) Ltd (CWS) in a senior leadership capacity.The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of spearheading human resources initiatives and cultivating a positive, dynamic workplace atmosphere. They should demonstrate expertise in crafting and implementing Human Resources strategies, encompassing talent management, compensation structures, performance evaluations, and regulatory compliance to shape organisational culture and drive business success. Proficiency in developing and implementing policies and practices that foster workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential, alongside serving as a model for ethical conduct. Additionally, the candidate should offer valuable counsel to the Senior Management team on matters related to organisational effectiveness, business strategies, and all aspects of human resources management.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Human Resources Management or related field.At least 5 years’ experience in Personnel/HR Management at a senior level.Strong Leadership and Managerial abilities. (Modelling, Coaching, Mentoring, Project Management, Budget Management).Knowledge of the local employment law.HR Expert – Knowledge in all aspects of Human Resource Management functions.Knowledge in all aspects of Business, Human Resources and organisational processes.Full member of an Institute of Personnel/Human Resources and DevelopmentPrevious experience in a telecom environment.Strategic thinking, critical and analytical thinking.Reliability and ability to inspire trust.Ability to communicate effectively and advocate for people.People Person; with ability to influence and lead.Result oriented and willingness to drive to deliver goals.Leading and managing change.Confidential, honest and trustworthy.Good communication and judgement skills.Interested candidates should send in their application, including CV to:Deadline for Application is Monday 18 th March 2024.
