Job Description

Align supply chain strategies and leadership across the shared service organization, develop and report consistent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), logistic methods, and quality processes, whilst identifying, executing, and reporting productivity efficiencies and savings. Manage and lead products and solutions supply chain teams to identify cost effective and time efficient strategies to develop and preserve Sensia supply chain for both direct and indirect spend. Plan, manage, and coordinate activities related to the sourcing and procurement of materials and supplies needed to meet product demand. Manage, review, and control renewals of Sensia key supplier contracts, whilst identifying synergies available to Sensia through the Parent Supplier network. Maintain relationships with existing key suppliers and develop contingencies to ensure the supply of essential materials and services. Lead the implementation of transactional procurement through the Sensia Center of Excellence into the shared service supply chain, identify process efficiencies, savings, and performance enhancements through the re-deployment and development of resources. Measure and evaluate supplier performance using Service Level Agreements (SLA), KPIs, and supplier scorecards. Develop relationships between Sensia Proposals, Project Execution, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer proposals and projects are provided with the most competitive price and quality. Manage the global logistics function and work with freight forwarders and transportation companies to set distribution system and optimize freight costs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have a bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following: Managing vendors from a strategic sourcing perspective, specifically related to electronic components; Supply chain processes, including enterprise resource planning and manufacturing resource planning; Developing diversified vendor specific supply chains, assessing risk in supply chains, addressing risk in a diversified vendor base, and finding alternative vendors; and Utilizing Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and business intelligence tools to improve visibility of electronic components in supply chains. International travel required up to 15%; Domestic travel required up to 15%. Telecommuting permitted up to 50%.
