Key responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall operational and financial performance of the North American Service Sites on the East Coast of US and Canada for the Vanderlande Airport, Parcel, And warehouse business . • D el iv erou ts t a nd i n g s e r v i ce st oou r cus tom ers toimprov e theircomp e t it iv epo si t i o n thro ughou t the li f ec y cle Execution of our comprehensive service contract in adherence to global standards and best practices Lead, mentor and coach the teams Subcontractor management based on defined SLAs and governance structure in collaboration with the procurement team Business partner, at executive level, of the customer organization Responsible for operational SLA and KPI, financial and HSE performance - Driving strategic resource planning and team development Identification of crucial positions, talents/ hidden gems and solving gaps in organizational set-up Performance and talent management and succession planning ensuring business continuity Strengthen team capabilities related to technical skills, soft skills and leadership Building a diverse and inclusive team - Build a high-performing team and continuous improvement culture Nurture a working culture based on the Vanderlande values performance management and data-driven analysis and decision making ways of working Utilizing global support effectively and encourage peer coaching Define and implement a regional roadmap based on the set strategic priorities for North America - Closely collaborate with other business functions Promote teamwork between Sales, Project Execution, Operations, and support units. Basic Qualifications: • BS Degree in Engineering or technical training in Maintenance Management • Minimum 10 years of experience with Maintenance Management in the industrial/facilities industry. • Experience managing multiple sites and site managers. • Experience overseeing financials/budgets. • Must be willing and able to travel 50% Preferred Qualifications: • Masters in Engineering or Business. • Exposure to European and American cultures is a plus. Knowledge-Skills-Abilities: • Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. • Financial and analytical skills applied to pricing and project execution. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Competent customer-oriented professional who can multi-task and oversee multiple geographic locations. • Ability to anticipate customer and team needs and act accordingly. • Proactive, motivated, and professional. • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, technical, entrepreneurial, and international work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
