Job Description

We are in search of a proactive Sales & Marketing Director to direct our organization’s marketing and sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. The individual will be developing and managing sales and marketing functions, ensuring the department employees, sales plan, and marketing strategies are organized to achieve sales and brand goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish marketing and sales staff objectives by selecting, training, and coaching employees
  • Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions.
  • Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information
  • Prepare and complete marketing action plan
  • Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements
  • Identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
  • Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and in a management position
  • Strong leadership and business acumen
  • Experience managing sales and marketing teams is a MUST
  • Knowledge of key features in digital marketing
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)
  • Skillful with both distributors and customer-users
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong closing skills
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Pro-active and good listener
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Valid G and own vehicle preferred
