$95000-$115,000 annually POSITION SUMMARY The purpose of the Director of Marketing is to oversee and ensure all the creative content for the Primacorp Group of Companies is high-quality and effective in conveying the various value propositions of the different brands. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES The Director of Marketing will primarily be responsible for the following: Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, digital ad copy and social media content. Ensure all content is aligned with the company's messaging and brand guidelines. Digital Communication:

Drive the company's digital communication efforts, including website content, email marketing, and social media channels. Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives. Brand Strategy:

assists the Head of Marketing with brand strategy, and then ensures the approved strategies are implemented. Staff Management:

Manage a team of content, marketing and design professionals Other duties

as assigned by management POSITION REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in the Director of Marketing position, individuals must be committed to developing, maintaining and demonstrating the following. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or greater) in Business (Marketing) or a related field At least 10 years of experience in Marketing At least 5 years of experience in a management role Skills and Abilities:

Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Proven self-starter and problem solver Must be deadline driven and goal-oriented A positive attitude and customer focused approach Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities The ability to travel within Canada as required (up to 10% of time) Why Join Us:
