Company DescriptionReporting to the General Manager with a dotted line reporting relationship into the Executive Vice President of Talent, the Director, Talent will oversee all aspects of generalist HR support within Red Bull Canada and Red Bull Canada Distribution. You will be an active member of both the Country Leadership team and North America Talent Leadership team to ensure the organization accomplishes both business and people goals which includes implementing strategic plans across talent management, engagement and performance. You will also be responsible for driving HR initiatives with national effects and will lead all locally-owned projects and programs.Job DescriptionTALENT LEADERSHIPBe the most senior HR leader for Red Bull in Canada, developing and delivering the Talent strategyLead a team of 6 dynamic Talent professionals (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnerships, HR Operations, Payroll), ensuring their skills grow and improve at all levels in their careerWork as part of the Country Leadership team to advise and influence business direction; lead the development of people related plansChampion Diversity, Equity and Inclusion across HR priorities, driving representation and inclusion to enhance culture and improve employee experienceFUNCTION LEADERSHIPPartner with the North America Talent Leadership team and Centers of Excellence to create scalable talent solutions, programs and processes in CanadaUse data to create insights, prioritize areas of focus and guide teams in building Talent plansResponsible for overseeing the benefit plan design(s) and ensuring cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness of existing programsEnsure full compliance with all federal, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations in all provinces which we operateEnsure design of organization and roles optimizes growth for the organization; lead annual HR Business Planning process including headcount and salary forecastingManage the annual HR Budget, ensuring optimum allocation of resourcesQualifications8+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years’ experience in a HR senior leadership capacityClear history of business partnerships including senior leaders within a matrixed environmentUnderstand the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet needsMaintain strong understanding of provincial / local regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding employment and compliance Business Planning, budgetary and project management expertiseAbility to travel 20-30% Additional InformationRed Bull Canada is committed to treating all people in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.
