Rockford Engineering is looking for a Director of Human Resources to provide corporate strategic planning while developing, coordinating, and leading human resource practices and programs within a fast-paced environment. With your skills and experience you are ready to take the reins and deliver strong human resource programming enabling positive strategic planning outcomes. You understand organizational culture and have the ability to strengthen programs and activities to drive people to achieve great results.
Ideally, you will have a degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and have achieved your CPHR designation. You understand business and its challenges in today’s operating environment. You have experience with implementing HR programming and practices to support organizational culture and strategic goals. You have a proven track record of achieving results.
You understand people and what they need to successfully perform their roles. You are confident in your abilities to deliver human resources expertise in a professional environment where you are the only HR leader.
