Our client, a global market leader in the Software as a Service (SaaS) space is searching for a Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to build out a new Security, Risk & Privacy program and create policies that will protect the organization and its partners. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in the legal or IT field. Has built a risk and privacy program from scratch - MUST HAVE Worked for one or more SaaS companies - MUST HAVE Experience with NIST CSF, SOC1&2, PCI DSS, ISO2700, SSAE 16. Strong understanding of the following: GDPR, Privacy Shield, CCPA, UK DPA, HIPAA, PIPEDA Data Privacy and/or Information Security experience Experience with Business Continuity Planning
