Conformit creates great, smart, and easy-to-use SaaS solutions for making better sustainability (ESG) decisions in high-risk industries.We are looking for a Director of Finance with a great sense of organization and collaboration, in order to contribute to the rapid growth of Compliance. Working close too the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer will collaborate with the leadership team to achieve the company's vision and strategic plan.In addition, he/she will regularly participate in the Board of Directors of Conformit, composed mainly of external directors. He/she will have the role of globally managing the financial aspects of the company's growth strategy, he/she will participate in acquisitions as an expert as well as in the financing tactics of these acquisitions and the development of the technology of Compliance.The Finance Director will also participate in the Compliance product roadmap committee and he/she will have to collaborate with all the teams, the accounting team, in order to support the growth of the 'organization. The Director of Finance will therefore play a critical role in terms of cash management, financing and acquisitions.Saguenay (Québec) or Home Office (Canada or Worldwide)Apply Determine the cost analyzes and the level of profitability of Compliance software products; Participate in the identification of targets, due diligence and integration of acquisitions; Manage short/long term cash flow and determine financial needs; Develop and maintain relationships with banks and the financial community; Propose financing strategies, through various financial vehicles in the form of government assistance, loans or share capital. Your profileRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance or any relevant discipline; More than five years of experience in finance (Mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, financing etc.) and/or management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of an organization of at least 50 employees; Good knowledge of cash management, investments and business valuation principles; Knowledge of companies in the field of technology or cloud computing (SaaS) is an asset.
