Pay Range: $95,131 to $111,641 per year

As the Director of Finance you will join the Management Team to assume responsibility for the finance and IT functions of the agency.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you are a leader who energizes others, keeping people focused on purpose and vision with contagious positivity. Your experience in finance as they pertain to health care funding and skills in balancing programming, compliance, controls and accounting are evidence of your proven ability to develop improved service standards. Leading a small team, you foster operational efficiency while ensuring financial and reporting requirements are met. Financial planning and preparation of financial statements, budget and annual audit coordination, recommending internal controls, developing and implementing financial and risk policies and procedures, and coaching agency leaders in financials are your forte. Your strategy for safe and continuous IT access and safeguards to threats is coupled with a strong sense of risk versus reward in IT infrastructure and data analytics.

With a strategic focus and the ability to see opportunity, you lead and support business analysis related to new initiatives and special projects. You bring experience and knowledge in project management, grant application, OHRS and MIS TB, AIR/ARR, MS Great Plains and procurement. Your professional presentation and coaching style encourage and support staff and managers across the agency to work in alignment and in a synchronized fashion with the overall agency strategy.

Along with your CGA, CMA, or CA designation, you have a minimum of five to seven years in financial management complemented with previous supervisory experience. Your experience allows you to demonstrate ability to provide financial leadership, manage budgets, oversee accounting functions, payroll, and information technology infrastructure. Your strong knowledge of applicable related legislation and familiarity with reporting standards make you the ideal candidate. Advanced proficiency with accounting systems and software (i.e. Excel, Great Plains) software is required. Your professional and supportive demeanor along with your communication skills will continue to support our team environment. High ethical standards and a demonstrated commitment to ensuring the credibility and reputation of the organization are also required. You must have a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle, and the ability to provide a current and satisfactory Police Record Check.
