Address of work: 6890 Kenderry Gate, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 2S7 – Working On SiteEmployment Term: Full-time, PermanentDuties:Lead and build the team in Solutions Design, Marketing and Sales;Evaluate the overall Business Development strategy based on future client demands;Set strategy as appropriate to maximize and grow overall division revenue in line with the global strategy;Develop and implement strategies for driving market share growth;Execute on a plan to increase market share, add new customers, and increase incremental growth by adding new locations within USA & Canada;Maintain and cultivate positive business relationships with suppliers, customers, and vendors and be a contributor to the international Warehouse Solutions community;Form strategies and solutions for clients that go beyond current/existing boundaries and goals of the division to improve the overall marketplace and company performance;Develop, train, and mentor the team to facilitate their career growth as well as drive excellence in their execution of business objectives;Collaborate with customers and affiliates to ensure best practices and service level standards are communicated and achieved;Collaborate with international and global supporting teams; andOther similar duties as assigned from time to time.Education: Bachelor’s degreeFive years or more of experience:As a Senior Manager in Logistics;In an executive role in distribution and warehousing, within the Retail, Machinery (including electronics), Industrial, or Medical device sectors.Skills:High level proficiency in WMS and TMS (e.g. SAP, Oracle, AS400) and CRM (e.g. SalesForce, ZOHO, HubSpot)Expert in (contract) negotiations and sales positioning;Demonstrated leadership experience with complex customer contracts and experience with Distribution Centers/Fulfillment in an omnichannel selling;Demonstrated planning, team building and leadership qualities;Effective and competent management, leadership and organizational skills required;Proven ability to achieve business results through influence, executive presence, strategic thinking, and effective problem-solving skills;Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills;Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization;Proficient experience in understanding the customer needs over wants; andExtensive travel will be required.Salary: CAD $180,000.00 per annumHours: 40 hours per week with three weeks paid leave per annumLanguage Requirements: EnglishBenefits:Monthly Car Allowance of CAD 4750.00 per month; Relocation Allowance of CAD $5,000.00 (one time payment);Discretionary bonus available;Group Health Care and Pension Plan;
