Your Job Establish and maintain a risk management framework for third parties and financial market infrastructures (FMI) for the Financial Markets sectorLead, mobilize, coach and develop a team of experts in Third-Party Risk management and financial market infrastructuresEstablish contractual governance by applying industry best practices in Third-Party management while deploying a methodology to regularly assess the health of the portfolio for the Financial Markets sectorto optimize supplier performance and alignment with the Bank's objectivesMaintain and optimize the governance framework for financial market infrastructures (FMIs)in line with the constant evolution of the regulatory requirements of financial market infrastructures (FMIs)Develop and maintain a professional relationship of trust with the executives of the Financial Markets and the sectors supporting their activitiesParticipate in the drafting and presentation of risk reports to the sector's executive committees Your Team This position reports to the Managing Directors and Co-Chiefs, Operational Business Strategies, Resilience and Risk Management in the Financial Markets sector. You will be part of a large team of twenty colleagues in the Operational Business Strategies, Resilience and Risk Management sector. Our team stands out for its dynamism, agility, and its knowledge of Financial Market activities and sub-processes that support these activities. Our team of professionals is dedicated to managing risk. We work closely with several partners at the Bank and covers all Financial Market sectors including our foreign centers. This position is based in Montreal or Toronto. Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 to 10 years relevant experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field and 5–6 years of relevant experienceExperience in third-party risk managementIn-depth knowledge of financial market infrastructuresExperience in compliance, operational risk management, and/or information technology would be consideredExperience in personnel managementIn-depth knowledge of the Financial Markets environment and the sectors that support its activities Languages: Language: FrenchLanguage: English Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
