Join us as the HRBP for AZ Canada partnering with the Business Units and with Scientific Affairs and be part of a leading team that is on a journey to help bring life-saving medicines to patients.As a valued member of the local HR team you will be the strategic partner to the largest set of clients in the Canadian Marketing company and be a thought leader for key HR projects that are relevant across the Commercial business in Canada.You are by nature of the role an HR professional with a broad set of experiences and general accomplishments across many fields of HR through your career and can run self-sufficiently with your client groups but you will also draw upon local and global centers of excellence as you uphold your accountabilities.Main Accountabilities The main accountabilities will include:Partners across multiple business units and functions with other local HRBPs to consistently deliver the fantastic ‘great place to work’ promise to employeesWorks closely with business leaders and HR colleagues on the culture and climate across the different employee cohorts, understanding from information and insight where any difficulties may arise and working proactively to support the population in their area of responsibilityEnables employee experience through excellence in moments that matter for these teams working both with the hiring managers to ensure strong readiness and collaborating to ensure at the employee level their employment experience is best in classIn partnership with in-market VP HR, upholds local policies in line with Global Standards and local practices to ensure compliant and fit-for-purpose, competitive employee offeringsEngages and contracts with colleagues to diagnose, design, and deliver relevant HR interventionsRequirements To excel in this role you should have:Bachelor's Degree, specialty in Human Resources is an asset5-10 years of experience in HR roles serving large groups of employeesAdvanced communication, presentation, and project management skillsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply sound judgmentStrong relationship building and relationship management skills, high integrity orientationGreat People want to Work with us!
