Director, Fleet OperationsSaint John, New BrunswickAre you an experienced leader in fleet operations and maintenance looking to join a progressive company?Our client is seeking a Director, Fleet Operations in Saint John, New Brunswick. The Director will manage the Fleet Operations department and core fleet operations activities, including maintenance and repair of fleet assets, managing relationships with suppliers/vendors and stakeholders, and working with KPI’s, reports, process improvement. They will also be responsible for administering the fleet insurance program, safety and training programing, and investigating incidents and accidents related to the department. Travel within the Maritimes and Ontario will be required.To be considered for this position, candidates must have a degree or diploma in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience with fleet management. Additional training and certifications are an asset. Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and strategizing skills are required for this role.
