We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director, Clinical Operations (Community & Hospital) who is passionate about delivering a seamless patient care experience in the Fraser Health region.
This is a pivotal opportunity to be directly involved in the active redevelopment of Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC. The Director will develop and advance clinical planning at a strategic level, within a brand new Critical Care platform. In this multi-faceted and impactful role, the Director will oversee Cardiac Critical Care and the Critical Care portfolio, at a Tertiary level centre, and trauma centre.

The Director, Clinical Operations provides leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, delivery and assessment of assigned clinical department/service within or across a hospital or health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health.
Oversees programs/departments/services to support operational leaders, remove barriers to patient transition and foster a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum. Partners with physician, clinical and support leaders in the system design, implementation and sustainability of an integrated clinical program to achieve Fraser Health's priority actions supporting the Fraser Health Strategic Operating Priorities.
Works within a network of Regional Programs, centralized services, hospital sites and community health service areas.
A Master's level of education in a field related to healthcare management, supplemented with seven (7) to ten (10) years' recent related, progressively responsible leadership experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Demonstrates the leadership practices of the Fraser Health Leadership Framework of Clear, Caring and Courageous and creates the conditions for people to succeed.
