Our client stands at the forefront of the durable goods industry, renowned for their innovative engineering, advanced manufacturing techniques, exceptional customer service, and outstanding product quality.Reporting to the CMO, the Director of Brand Marketing will be a pivotal leader within the marketing team. This role involves creating strategy, developing plans, producing, executing, and measuring top-tier global marketing programs for both B2B and B2C audiences. The Director of Brand Marketing will oversee Marketing Communications and Brand Management, serving as the voice of the business to both customers and consumers.What you should expect:Provide leadership, coaching and development to a diverse global marketing team.Develop channel marketing strategies & tactics across retail, dealer, new construction, and digital channels.Lead the creation and execution of campaigns across multiple business units and markets.Deploy best-in-class omni channel tactics.Manage all key marketing agency, partnership, and sponsorship relationships.Assist in the growth of brand awareness objectives and brand reputation in defined markets and channels.Channel Marketing:Gain deep understanding of consumer and customer needs by channel.Develop the marketing strategy and tactics for campaigns in multiple unique channels (retail, dealer, new construction, ecommerce) for each of the organizations divisions across multiple geographies.Lead internal and external teams to develop and execute promotions and campaigns.Manage projects through external agencies.Track, measure, and evaluate campaign performance.Continuously elevate campaign performance.Marketing Communications:Lead marketing communications programs. Function as the leader of an internal agency.Oversee the design, production and distribution of marketing collateral, price books, websites, social media, point of sale display and development of merchandising concepts.Solicit and respond to needs from customers, consumers, and internal stakeholders (sales).Coach and develop marketing knowledge to a diverse team.Brand Awareness Development:Assist in the attainment of marketing goals by working with outside agencies to understand, analyze and evaluate all forms of media, delivering an optimum balance to build brand awareness, preference, purchase, and advocacy based on well-established objectives.What you should bring:Minimum of 15 years’ experience in brand management, marketing services and/or agency experience.Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree or comparable post-secondary education in Business, Economics or equivalent. An MBA Business degree with an emphasis on marketing, is preferred.Experience gained in growing, multi-divisional, global organizations, preferably in the home industry/consumer durables market.US and global markets experience.Proven experience managing large teams at the Director level or higher.Experience owning and effectively deploying multi-million-dollar marketing budgets.Fluent in traditional, digital, social, and emerging marketing technology.Expert-level understanding of forms of media, customer acquisition and/or retention with proven wins in previous roles and a strong and deep understanding of the metrics and performance.Passionate about leading, mentoring, and nurturing high-performance teams and managers; has a proven track record in effectively building, organizing, managing, developing, and mentoring broad-based marketing teams.Strong digital marketing experience across all digital marketing media.Experience positively influencing and organizing others, whether in a direct management capacity or through experience managing interdepartmental projects.A track record of empowering others and holding them accountable.Strong management and organizational skills.Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, creative software.What should be in your toolbox:A leader, coach and team-playerHas a 'can-do' attitude.Is creative.
