Director, Advanced Air Mobility, New Markets
CAE’s New Markets Group provides innovative training, engineering, and operational solutions for private and public entities worldwide. We exist to help train the next generation of pilots, maintainers, operators and air traffic service providers. We are the disruptors within CAE that think differently, outside of the box and adapt our solutions to meet our customer needs.
QUALIFICATION:
COMPLEXITY & PROBLEM SOLVING
• Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills.
• Must possess strong analytical skills and financial acumen; uncovers process improvement/product opportunities.
• Persistent; takes initiatives and sustains action over time in attaining significant results despite obstacles/opposition.
JUDGEMENT AND DECISIONS
• Critical thinker, able to make decisions and provide recommendations based on available information.
• Demonstrated big-picture and strategic thinking abilities; can manage through chaos.
MOBILITY
• Some international travel required.
