Hours: 34 hours per week, Monday - Thursday (paid for 37.5)

Reports To: Capacity and Distribution Lead

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Direct Capacity Manager to join iGO4’s direct brand area within the commercial team, playing a key role in the development and growth of iGO4’s direct brands.

The Direct Capacity Manager will manage insurer relationships, maximising the use of iGO4’s data insight to drive profitable and sustainable growth. The Direct Capacity Manager will be the key point of contact for these relationships in respect of day-to-day trading, along with account performance review meetings.

Main responsibilities (list not extensive)

• Ownership of insurer relationships, monitoring new business, cancellation and renewal trading performance and reporting on progress internally and externally

• Work alongside the data insight and pricing areas to understand and then harness the value from iGO4’s data assets to drive enhancements to rating and improve iGO4’s competitive position

• Maintain and drive progress on agreed actions both internally and externally ensuring workload is prioritised correctly

• Deliver new insurer products and rating onto the iGO4 direct brand propositions with the support of the Direct Capacity and Distribution Lead.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within iGO4 to ensure delivery targets and standards are achieved.

Experience:

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of the General Insurance sector, personal lines and particularly motor insurance

• A history of B2B relationship management experience, preferably within the insurance industry

• Knowledge of insurance related FCA guidelines

• Proficient in analysing and interpreting data

• Experience of presenting data to highlight opportunities to stakeholders

• Understanding of insurer profit and loss metrics would be beneficial however not essential
