We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time, permanent dining room manager position. Do you like customer service, contact with seniors and team management? You are the person we need :)POSITION DESCRIPTION:Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime from 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 1 evening/week. from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. 1 weekend out of 2 ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Management Ensure effective communication to your teams and to the residence in general Ensure that services provided to residents and their loved ones are of a high quality Provide a high level of customer service Food Services Bring plates to tables and provide personalized service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure good teamwork Greet residents in the dining room and ensure they are comfortable Manage guests' reservations and ensure their comfort Perform other related duties EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication BENEFITS: Uniform provided Recognition program Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Floating leave and family obligations Career Opportunity JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time
