Our client has an immediate opening for a Digital Solutions Product Marketing Manager permanent position in Vancouver. In your new role as a Digital Solutions Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and content to communicate the features and benefits of Asset Health and ESG related digital mining solutions to key audiences such as mining (or related industry) customers, parent company executives and dealers, ecosystem partners and general public.Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:Lead Go-to-Market strategy plan creation for digital products and solutions Create simple to understand Product Communications Brief that includes solution messaging and positioning that drive global marketing and sales contentLead marketing content creation (white papers, use cases, webinar presentations, blogs etc) to target audiencesDevelop presentations on digital solutions for use by self, Sales and ExecutivesSupport Product and Solution Management in the research and documentation of market needs, competitive trends, win-loss analysis and company SWOT for use in business and solution planningSupport Product and Solution validation with customers and partners in collaboration with Proof of Value teamResearch and create competitive positioning documents in collaboration with Solution Management and Technical SalesCollaborate with Global Sales in creation of consolidated CRM system (SalesForce.com)Experience and Knowledge; 3-5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, product management, strategic analysis or a similar roleProven ability to create digital marketing content including white papers, use cases, presentations, competitive analysis, etc.Experience creating and delivering product presentations to customers, partners and senior executivesDemonstrated understanding of multi-media business tools including Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or equivalent, graphics and illustration tools (e.g. Adobe), Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook etc) and collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, Google Docs etc.)Experience with CRM and lead management tools such as SalesForce.comExperience in Mining industry, particularly for Digital transformation solutions focusing on mobile machine Asset Health and/or SustainabilitySkills and Abilities; Very strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear, formal business communicationsAbility to understand, learn and apply new processesHigh demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and related graphics tools, online tools for social media and website development, whitepaper and other documentation creation, in addition to traditional Microsoft Office and Adobe program software (Word, Excel, Illustrator, etc)Detail oriented and able to gather information from multiple resourcesStrong interpersonal skills EDUCATION REQUIRED:Degree in Business (Marketing or equivalent) or relevant field, or progressive experience in relevant rolesMBA or related master’s in technology degree (Meng, MSc) an assetTRAVEL REQUIRED:Minimal, but must possess a valid passport and legally be able to travel internationally if requiredLEADERSHIP:Independently productive and requires minimal supervision. Is expected to take ownership of work and assignments and be responsible to see them through to completion.
