A Digital Producer at Craft is a technology subject matter expert who delivers best in class executions and is specifically responsible for managing production resources (internal & external). You will leverage your deep understanding of the digital process and requirements to coach and guide teams and clients through a project lifecycle. You will manage and mentor Junior Producers in digital best practices and production workflow. Work directly with client teams to understand the overall business objectives and strategies and how each digital project interrelate with each other Fulfills the role of Studio PM or Producer in project-related processes Balance and manage scope, time, cost, process, risk and quality Manage multiple digital projects for multiple clients with the ability to prioritize on the fly Manage client and partner relationships from inception to launch by conducting regular calls, monitoring and escalating project risks, soliciting client/partner feedback, making modifications to deliverables Identify and mitigate any issues that can delay or increase costs of a project Manage and mentor junior staff Establish and enforce a streamlined workflow of agency project-related processes Manage third party vendors or offshore partners as necessary in the delivery of projects, including gathering estimates Understanding and respect of points of view (for team, client and account) Familiarity working with design software(Photoshop/InDesign/other) Working in Content Management Systems Basic HTML/CSS knowledge 3+ years of experience in digital production and managing complex technical projects ~2+ years of experience managing production of HTML5 digital banners, websites and/or email projects ~ Fluent in JIRA, project management software, and a digital asset management system ~ Experience building a variety of web sites, platforms and applications ~ Strong interest in creative best practices and emerging technologies ~ Demonstrated strategic thinker,emphasizing the ability to provide both conceptual and functional insight into a project ~ Proven success in remaining well-informed of current digital technology and how this technology applies to a client’s business ~ Strong experience managing project financials and resourcing ~ Experience building mobile apps (iOS/Android) a plus ~ McCann Worldgroup Canada is committed to a diverse workforce as an Employment Equity employer (Women, People with Disabilities, Aboriginal Peoples, and Visible Minorities) and aims to maintain an inclusive and equitable workplace where employees feel valued, respected, and supported.
