Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Production Coordinator. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating digital projects, including newsletters, microsites, web banners, contests, campaigns, surveys, and other digital products. You will join a team of over 20 specialists in design and integration. You will work closely with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet defined quality standards. You will be the essential link between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and the excellence of deliverables.Job Tasks and Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to: Be the main point of contact with the client. Plan, organize, and supervise digital production projects (newsletters, microsites, contests, banners, etc.) from conception to delivery. Plan projects to meet production deadlines. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and consistent project execution. Validate projects to ensure all client needs are met. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and specific client requirements. Obtain all necessary client approvals to move projects forward. Identify and resolve potential issues or obstacles that may arise during the project. Inform the client and internal teams of project progress at all stages of realization. Support the client in the application of defined strategies. Work on a multitude of projects and clients.Required Qualifications and Characteristics To succeed in this role, you will need to have: 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role and in a web environment, ideally in digital production. Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deliverables and deadlines. The ability to anticipate problems and find solutions quickly to make recommendations to clients. Aptitude for collaborative work in a team environment. Very good organizational skills, diligence, and good priority management. A good critical sense and be open-minded. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Strong analytical and synthesis skills and demonstrate initiative and leadership. Knowledge of Adobe XD suite as well as HTML and CSS (asset). Knowledge of Jira / Confluence (asset).
