The Digital Omnichannel Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the Marketing team, owning the success of Norwell 360 digital footprint including e-commerce activities and helping drive the growth of consumer healthcare portfolio in the digital Canadian ecosystem. This includes defining the strategic digital roadmap and developing in collaboration with the brand team high quality e-initiatives following industry best practice to achieve the maximum business potential. The candidate will report to and will work closely with the Marketing Director

RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES

  • Ecommerce Lead: Manage Amazon sales account and external partnerships for growth on e-commerce platforms. Responsible for all budgeting, optimization, listings, service, and account management. Develop direct ecommerce opportunities, outside Amazon, aligning multiple internal and external business units.
  • Digital Strategic Planning: Lead the development of an integrated strategic digital plan for Norwell in collaboration with brand manager. Develop a comprehensive digital strategy driven by a clear understanding of the market drivers and consumer insights with the ability to adopt trends to fit our business objectives. Set the vision and proactively seek new and creative ways to innovate in the digital environment. Collaborate with the brand teams in creating and executing digital campaigns to support sales brand KPI goals and contribute to the development of social media strategy across various social media platforms.
  • Digital Plan Execution: Lead the execution of the digital marketing mix in collaboration with the brand team. This includes content prioritization and optimization (personalization, content, channel) across all stakeholders and channels (consumer journeys), execute the strategic multi-channel marketing solutions. Work with internal and external tech and marketing teams to implement required campaigns effectively – including email marketing, websites optimization and support community manager function with our agency. Create and maintain marketing calendar, including offer suggestions for marketing channels, and cost proposals.
  • Digital Market and Subject Matter Expert: Provide a deep understanding of digital market dynamics, consumer trends and e-comm environment. Proactively conduct market review, competitive analysis, and market research to identify key insights. Propose and implement action plans, based on insights, to maximize efficiency of our digital investment across our multi-channel initiatives.
  • HCP Digital Market Lead: Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of key platform growth enablers for Norwell in the HCP audience. Lead the strategic planning and execution of onboarding and activation programs, user marketing and communications in collaboration with brand managers. Develop, and grow opportunities for HCP digital marketing footprint across all Brands. Manage partnerships with agencies which perform on platforms focused on HCP traffic.
  • Budgeting: In collaboration with the brand team oversee the allocation of our digital resources to ensure positive ROI of brand initiatives. Monitor monthly budget KPI to ensure plans are executed within approved budget.
  • Reporting: Responsible for establishing and managing digital dashboard. Continuously benchmark systems and platforms to ensure that the alternative channels operate at the optimal productivity levels and track historical program channel trends and monitor channel performance (both owned channel and paid media).
  • Management of Key External Stakeholders: Help identify key strategic digital agencies and service providers, optimize how we collaborate, and maintain strong relationships.

Bachelor or better in Marketing - Marketing or related field.

Digital marketing and e-comm experience in Consumer Package Goods including experience in Consumer Healthcare.
