Job Description

MARKETING COORDINATORCompensation: $60,000 - $65,000 + performance bonusLocation: MontrealFull Time, HybridIdentify, build, and manage direct relationships with a range of media partners, platforms, and social influencers in order to facilitate paid marketing campaignsManage an individual spending budget in the six-and-seven figure range and contribute to overall team goals while maximizing efficiency against key performance indicators (ex. ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL)Strategize and negotiate with media partners to obtain the most competitive rates and help ensure the success of each individual paid media campaignResearch and recommend trends, strategies, and marketing opportunities to ensure campaigns are always aimed at meeting clients’ business objectivesWork closely with account managers on ad copy and creative to ensure a compelling and strategic approach to all paid media partnershipsMonitor individual spend and campaign performance on a weekly basis in order to deliver on and exceed client KPI objectivesAnalyze performance data with account managers and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusionsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:3+ years’ experience executing and managing performance-based paid media campaigns (emphasis on digital campaigns, digital media, SEO)1+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketingUnderstanding of fundamental media metrics and calculations (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPU)Ability to self-manage, foster, and maintain multiple partner relationshipsAbility to negotiate and think critically in pressure situationsAbility to articulate and communicate effectively with partners and managementAbility to create and format reports using Word, Excel, & PowerPointProficient in spoken and written English, first languageAnalytical, detail-oriented and organizedWorks well independently and as a team member
