Working directly with an owned portfolio of clients, this role owns communicating results based on the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media deliverables. In this role you will build and grow your experience in creating high performing digital marketing campaigns for our global client base (focused on Canada, USA, UK, and Australia).What You Offer:5+ years experience and expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, specifically in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.3+ years experience at a paid media agency, preferred.Experience using advertising platforms and tools, specifically Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerStrong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics to make data driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.Proven and measurable success managing a portfolio of small-mid size B2C businesses, healthcare industry experience is a plus, to drive lead generation results.Strong organizational skills to effectively manage promotional deadlines, approvals, and pending tasks.Knowledge and appreciation of the private pay healthcare industry (cosmetic, dental, optometry) is a plusYou are a unique combination of results obsessed, detail oriented, and a passion for advertising that drives everything you do.
