Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic oversight and management of XYON’s new growth channels, new customer acquisition and business scaling. Channels such as performance influencer program (from micro to celebrity), UGC, GWP, Onsite quizzes with the purpose of driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, new customer acquisition and scaling revenue. They support overall digital programs strategy development and implementation, while reporting on KPIs and learnings across the organization. They work cross-functionally with eCommerce, Creative, Product, and Operations teams staying lock step. They are full of ideas, organized, and have a passion for driving digital growth!Key responsibilities:Influencers:Strategic oversight and management of performance influencer program to drive top-line revenue, including overseeing celebrity to micro influencers. Support all aspects of influencer program maintenance and growth; including delivery of campaign briefs, day to day communications, contract negotiations, gifting and seeding strategy, budget management and KPI reporting.Manage and oversee day to day responsibilities of external influencer program agency, including ensuring they are meeting and exceeding targeted KPI’s.Foster relationships with brand-aligned influencers to increase brand awareness, traffic and conversions across North America. Create a methodical, performance driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management alongside our external agency.UGC:Own the systematic usage and build out of the UGC content and where that content lives including measuring ROI for the program/content.Digital Programs:Own strategy and management of online digital experiences and triggers such as educational quizzes and GWP Champion the education and training of customer care/CX team members on how they can support digital programs.Build and manage digital program budgets (annual, monthly and daily), including influencerForecast, measure and report on digital program results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis (spend, ROAS, CAC, revenue, new customer reach etc.).Support community-centric digital programs as they relate to XYON Health.Work on other duties as assigned. This is an ever-evolving role and adaptability will be the key to success.Campaigns/Content Planning:Lead, develop and execute a site content plan that includes product launches, marketing campaigns, seasonal key moments & promotional events, and homepage updatesOwn briefing and communication process with cross functional partners; to ensure delivery of assets in a timely manner.Partner with channel leads (email, paid, social) to strategize, and either create or delegate the creation of optimized landing pages for upcoming inbound campaignsResponsible and accountable for plans around QA and UAT of campaigns, product launches, and events.Build and own the digital program calendar and ensure cross functional partners such as Brand and Retail are brought along as required.Key qualifications and experience: Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in eCommerce/Marketing or related field; or equivalent years of combined education and experience.Minimum 4 years’ direct digital program management experience (CRM, loyalty, influencer and partnerships).Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong ability to analyze and report on KPI’s such as revenue, ROAS, traffic, brand awareness measurements, etc.Working knowledge of influencer management platforms such as GRIN.Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team.Excellent communication skills (oral and written).Proven ability to lead a performance-driven team and foster employee development.Ability to problem solve and seek out solutions.Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.What we offer:A hybrid work environmentComprehensive health benefits on day 1Paid sick daysFamily and employee assistance programRRSP matchingFully stocked kitchen (with lots of junk food)Free vacation days for office closures during winter holidaysThe latest tools and technology
