As the Digital Marketing Specialist, the successful candidate will work onsite in Kelowna, BC in a beautiful office and will be at the heart of the marketing team, crafting and optimizing digital strategies that amplify The Jilly Box brand. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, you'll play a key role in boosting online presence and connecting with the community in exciting and innovative ways. They are on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can sprinkle some digital magic and elevate the brand to new heights. If you want to infuse your personality into everything you do and have fun while creating amazing digital campaigns, this is the perfect opportunity for you!In this role, you are leading the way with content creation for social media channels, developing and executing editorial calendars, social media strategies, and campaigns across various platforms to spark joy and engagement with The Jilly Box audience. As the driving force behind the online presence, you will create compelling content, including posts, stories, and multimedia assets, while monitoring social media channels and engaging with followers to keep online presence fresh and exciting.Work your magic by supporting the creative team and on-site events to capture, create, and share stunning content, and all activities behind the lens at our photoshoots. Dream up and contribute new and exciting ideas to drive innovation within the team, and take on other duties with enthusiasm, embracing your inner quintessential busy bee.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field;Minimum of 1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably within the interior design or home decor industry;A technical guru with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CAD, STEP, Keynote, Canva, and Figma, along with a deep understanding of digital platforms and the ability to harness their power for maximum impact;Exceptional project management skills, effortlessly juggling multiple tasks, keeping all the balls in the air, while thinking on your feet;Passionate about delivering results and making data-driven decisions.Why Join The Jilly Box Team?Hybrid Happiness: Enjoy the best of both worlds!
